ELIGIBLE ARTISTS
We are accepting entries for our Summer Art and Photo Contest. The competition is open to all artists and photographers, amateur or professional over age 18. Contestants may submit one piece as a digital file.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Copyright and all other rights remain that of the artist. Any artwork used by ADG shall carry the artist’s credit line. All entrants understand that any image submitted may be used by ADG for marketing and promotional purposes directly related to the competition. Contest awards may be used towards any printing or large format giclée order excluding tax, shipping or postage charges – expires October 31st 2008. No purchase necessary to enter.
ENTRY GUIDELINES
Submission is limited to one image per applicant. No pornographic or offensive materials are accepted. All submissions must be accompanied by our online entry form including image title, medium and size, and must be artist’s own image. Submitted images must be in a digital file format with a pixel ratio of 1600 x 1800. Acceptable formats are: jpg, psd, tif, pdf, eps, ai.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
All winners will be announced on our website and by email 15 days after the final submission deadline. Awards will be mailed in the form of ADG Gift Certificates. The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners’ images will be published in our marketing and promotional products after the announcement, ie: postcards, brochures and online.
