Can I speak to a person about products, design and ordering?

We’re available 9am-5pm PST Monday-Thursday and 9am-4pm PST on Friday at 1-800-342-3282 for any questions you may have.

 

Do you offer recycled paper?

Yes, all of our stocks have a minimum of 10% recycled content.

 

Do you offer samples?

Yes, click here to sign up for a free sampling of our products.

 

What type of paper stock do you offer?

For postcards, folded cards and business cards we typically use 120# Uncoated Cover or 111# Gloss Cover, for flyers we use 100# Gloss Text and for brochures we go with 80# Gloss Cover. We order large quantities of these stocks to keep our prices down.

PRICING

How do I get a price quote?

Our website has a handy quoting interface. Go to “Order Online” and log in, or create an account. Then by entering your choices for type of stock, size and quantity your estimated price is provided. Or, if you have something to print other than what is offered, please provide us with as much information as possible about your project by filling out the Quote Request Form. You are always welcome to give us a call, 1-800-342-3282, to discuss a quote.

 

How do I receive discounts?

Go to “Special Offers” to see what is available. We have monthly coupons available that are mailed to our customers and weekly email offers as well. Sign up to join our mailing list!

ORDERING

How do I place an order?

Our website has everything you need to place an order, see a quote and pay online. Click “Order Online” to get started. You are always welcome to give us a call, 1-800-342-3282 to discuss an order.

 

How do I change or cancel an order?

Please give us a call if you need to cancel or update your order, 1-800-342-3282.

 

What are your designer guidelines?

Click on “More” from the dropdown menu, and select “Designer Guidelines” for more info.

 

How do I check order status?

How do I know your site is secure?

Our site is PCI certified. This certification means that we always store or send credit card data in encrypted formats. As part of the process of getting certified, we met and exceeded all requirements. Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is outlined here: https://www.pcisecuritystandards.org/security_standards/

 

How do I reorder or edit a previous order?

From the menu on our website, select “Order Online”. On the upper right of the page click “My Profile”. Click the button called “My Orders” to view previous orders and you will be able to select the project you’d like to reorder. (Only orders placed on the new website will be available). Update the quantity or any other information in the fields provided.

 

How do I make changes to my account?

Select “Order Online”. On the upper right of the page click “My Profile”. Click the button called “Edit Profile” to update your information.

DESIGN

Why does my image look fuzzy or out of focus?

Check that your resolution is at least 300 dpi at the final size of the project.

 

What are accepted file types?

PDF, TIF, PSD, High Res JPG, EPS, AI.

 

Which color mode should I design in?

Our equipment requires CMYK images.

 

What resolution should I design in?

Please use 300 dpi for CMYK or grayscale images and 600-1200 dpi for lineart/bitmap images.

 

What is a bleed?

Bleed is printing that goes beyond the edge of where the sheet will be trimmed. We require 1/8" (0.125") bleed on each side for those projects that include a bleed. Please see our postcard template for more info.

 

What is a margin?

A margin is a blank space between the main content and the top, bottom and edges of the page. Adding a margin of at least â…›" (0.125"), or optimally ¼" (0.25"), keeps important elements from being cut off during bulk trimming. Please see our postcard template for more info.

 

Can I proof my project before it goes to print?

Yes, we automatically provide an emailed proof before proceeding to print with any project. A physical or “1-off” proof is available for an additional $25.

 

What printing method do you use?

Our HP Indigo press uses ElectroInk, a unique liquid ink which contains microscopic-sized pigments that are encapsulated in a special resin, forming electrically charged particles that are dispersed in a carrier liquid.

PAYMENT AND BILLING

Do you accept checks?

Yes. Please make checks payable to “ADG Printing”.

 

Do you charge sales tax?

Products shipped within the state of Washington will be charged sales tax. If a resale certificate is provided, the sales tax will be waived.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

What is the cost of shipping?

The cost of shipping is estimated and applied to your final total. Due to the current market, shipping prices fluctuate frequently.

 

When will the order ship?

Depending on the turnaround time selected, your product will ship same day, next day or two days from approval of proof.

 

Can you charge shipping to my preferred carrier?

Yes, simply provide your account number and shipping cost will be charged to your account.
